A taste of France

Petite France

Fresh baked breads from Petite France.

I’ve found my favorite bakery in Stockholm: Petite France. It’s a French Bakery in my neighborhood and it’s so very good. Crusty and thick loaves of bread, croissants, macaroons, pain au chocolat, fruit tarts and much, much more. And it’s all good.

When we moved to Kungsholmen, we were told of this place by one friend and then about three more recommended it in quick succession. Petite France is one of those places you want to tell your friends about because it’s such a good find.

Robert and I were there again this morning for brunch. Even though the day was gray and chilly, the line was always long and the outside seating was packed. That’s  a good sign. I have to admit that I am a bit of a pain au chocolat snob and find that most of the ones made outside of France disappoint me. But the ones here are done perfectly. Find out more about the bakery here.
