As you suffer through piling on the layers of clothes and the snow boots to head outside, you can take comfort in the fact that yes, it really is cold outside. It’s now official that we Stockholmers are having the coldest December in 135 years. The knowledge doesn’t take away the cold, but it does make you feel that you are a part of something that will go in the record books. I guess you could say that is cold comfort.

The snow started much earlier and has stuck around. And yes, the overall temperature has been colder. I actually like it!
