The yellow building is Fiskargatan 9. It's the fancy place Lisbeth Salander moves to in Stieg Larsson's Millenium Trilogy.
Katarina Church.
It’s so quiet. And in my neighborhood in the busy center of Södermalm, that’s unusual. So I got out for a walk. It felt like I had the whole neighborhood to myself. Very nice. But funny, too. Because for some reason, I was attracted to rooftops and doorways today. They’re pretty cool in this part of town, no?
These are just a few of the old, historic buildings in my neighborhood.
It was so quiet, it was easy to imagine I had stepped back 100 years.
I just kept waiting to hear the clip clop of horses on the cobblestone.
