Sunrise in Stockholm at 3 in the morning.
This time of the year, the light blows me away. It’s so incredible to come home at 11 pm – as we did last night – in full daylight. And the long sunsets and sunrises bring on such a spectacular display of changing color that it’s hard to believe it’s for real. I am in awe of the beauty of it all.
The light at 2 am – this is about as dark as the sky gets this time of year.

Nice! I was up for the Stanley Cup finals, and it really is full daylight at around 3 am.
Thanks Risto. The light is amazing, isn’t it? I have an on-line class on Thursday mornings that goes until 3 am…so I have been checking the early light out quite a bit!
