Shrinking hours of daylight: Saying goodbye to summer in Stockholm

September 18, 2013

in Stockholm

Stockholm Sunset over Lake Mälaren. Stockholm And then just two minutes later, the colors got even more intense.

As we edge ever closer to autumn, those long days of summer in Stockholm are quickly becoming a thing of the past.   Sunset today was at 6.59. By next Wednesday, it will set at 6.38. It’s changing way too fast for me. And of course, it’s getting cooler too.  It took me hours to warm up after my evening bike ride. But at least the sunset was pretty.
