Plunder. It’s such a good word, isn’t it? And there’s really not much of a call for using it in everyday life. But somehow, it seemed perfect for describing this boat. The pirate ship is docked on the Baltic Sea next to Strandvägen – one of Stockholm’s poshest streets. I’ve long admired – OK, been amused by – this boat and finally took some photos of it the other day. And never being one to pass up a corny turn of phrase, can I just add: shiver me timbers, it’s a good pirate ship matey.
