Kristy fishing for perch on Lake Erie.

One of my earliest memories is of fishing. I grew up fishing and even though I was the only girl in a family with two brothers, I fished. So did all my girl cousins. Being on a lake and fishing is how we spent our family vacations. So I was as happy as a kid on vacation when I got to go fishing this week. We went up to my aunt and uncle’s place on Lake Erie – one of the five “great lakes” in the US. My cousin Kristy and her kids were there too. And we went out perch fishing. Didn’t catch much. But we had a blast anyway.
