Yesterday we took the ferry from Slussen to Djurgården. And as I have been mentioning way too much lately, it is cold out there. But it is also amazing.

As we made our way across the frozen Baltic, the scraping sound of the boat against the ice was like metal on rock. The ice broke into chunky sheets and blocks as we pushed our way through. Robert and I stood out on the front deck of the ferry as long as we could, just watching the frozen landscape around us. But after a few minutes in the Baltic breeze, we did have to give in and go inside the boat to warm up before heading back out again.
