Tuesday’s weather was wacky. It rained and thundered, then the sun came out and then it rained while the sun was out. Then there was a rainbow over Stadshuset (city hall). Every time I looked out the window, the weather was different. And this went on all day long and well into the night. All the changes made for stunningly gorgeous skis, as you can see from Robert’s photo here. The tempest let up for a bit yesterday and we had a sunny afternoon. But it got dark around dinner and the rain started somewhere around 10 pm last night. It has not stopped since and just now, it is pouring.
While this is not the warm and sunny weather that I dream of, the rain does sound great on the roof at least. And it makes it easier to get work done, too.
