“It’s the craziest thing. All these Santas are walking by. I know I’ve had two glasses of wine, but really, all these Santas are marching past me.” So I said to my friend MB as I talked to her on the phone from the Nobis Hotel lobby bar on Saturday. There were male and female Santas of every shape and size walking by, one even wished me a merry Christmas.
“So what’s going on,” I asked one of the Santas. “”Is this some sort of Santa convention?”
“It’s Santarchy,” he replied.
Kinda funny. I love the holidays.
By the way, the bar just off the lobby of the Nobis is a great place for holiday drinks. Before that, we were at B.A.R., also a good spot to go for a drink or dinner.
