royal coasters

Drink coasters featuring the royal family from www.royallove.se. You know you want some, don't you...

It’s official: the royal wedding frenzy has begun. The actual wedding is June 19th, but Sunday marked the start of the Love Stockholm 2010 festival, two weeks of celebrations. There are events ranging from concerts, poetry readings and art exhibitions to workshops on making paper flowers and paper dolls and there’s even a fairy tale tent and mini royal village of sorts on Skeppsbron. You can find out more at Love 2010. Plus, there are daily reports in the papers and on TV about what is going on, including a daily show called Bröllopsstudion or wedding studio.

While I have not been to anything yet, I think I am going to have to check some things out soon. All the hoopla is just too amusing to resist.

The official royal chocolates, available at grocery stores everywhere! They are actually pretty good.

The wedding cake is one of the coolest cakes I’ve ever seen! The packaging is crazy cool!
