Sweden's royal wedding dish towel

The royal wedding dish cloth. There's something mighty funny about cleaning up with the crown princess.

Once I got started on this Swedish royal wedding stuff, I am finding it hard to stop. I really meant to quit after my gossip frenzy last week (see the royal invite), but like any addict, I am waffling. My latest objects of fascination: wedding tattoos at Design Torget (go royal here). I mean, who does not want to proudly sport the royals on their arm in honor of the big wedding? OK, that was perhaps a tad sarcastic. But you have to admire the genius behind those royal tattoos. It’s classic stuff.

And thanks to my friend Zanne, I now have the official dish cloth emblazoned with the portraits of Princess Victoria and her man Daniel. There is probably some strange symbolism in using a royal’s portrait to wash your dishes with. Oh my. I am stopping now. Really.

Hi Jenny,
They were sold at Design Torget, but I am not sure whether they still have them. Check out their site at: http://www.designtorget.se/designtorget/se/
