It’s krogveckan or restaurant weeks here in Stockholm. Until the 17th of April, you have the chance to check out new restaurants and new dishes at a discount rate. Each of the participating restaurants offers a special menu at a special price to allow you to try their specialties.
Last night, my friend Zanne and I checked out the just-opened-in-January Waterfront RBG, the restaurant in the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel. We had the classic Swedish appetizer toast skagen – a combination of mini shrimp, mayonnaise and dill – to start. Then we tried the carving station where we had salmon in a pastry and beef. We decided that the food was good, but not great. Find out more details at krogveckan (in Swedish).
