"Painting" the town with polka dots.
I think London has taken the term “painting the town red” just a little too literally. But I do have to say that I love these polka dot tress anyway. They are part of an art installation called Ascension of the Polka Dots by Yayoi Kusama along the South Bank. I think they look like something from a Dr Seuss book.
