Godot's passionfruit martini

Sarah and Liz with the passion fruit martini at Brasserie Godot. Summer in a cocktail glass!

Last week, I had what I decided is my signature cocktail for this summer: the passion fruit martini. We were out with friends at Brasserie Godot on Grevturegatan in Östermalm and first Sarah ordered one. After seeing and sampling hers, all the rest of us decided we needed to have one too. (Even the guys.)

The ingredients for the passion fruit martini are Swedish vodka, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit, lemon juice and sugar. Shake together with ice and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. (Sorry, you are on your own for figuring out the proportions! Just experiment.)

Sandra…at the end of the conference, one of my friends bought me a martini at the Birger Jarl. It was heaven…sometime when you and Robert are in our neighborhood, we’ll have to go over there for a drink! This sounds pretty fun too!

I love passionfruit. Oh, and I love vodka too. Sounds like the perfect combination.
