By the calendar, today is now officially autumn. And it’s definitely feeling like autumn. Mornings and evenings are crispy cool, leaves are starting to turn and as I’ve already sadly noted, the days are getting shorter. (I am doing my best not to think about the dark days of winter that are heading my way.)
Even though I am really more of a summer person, I have to admit that I do love all the colors of fall. And it feels OK to put on sweaters and sweatshirts and light the candles at dinner to make things more cozy. Herewith, a few of my favorite autumn-feeling photos. All were taken last weekend at theĀ farmer’s market.
