I’ve decided that if a dish has chili, coriander and lime in it, it has to be good. I love how these ingredients meld together, creating a flavor that’s fresh and spicy all at once. One of my recent favorite dishes to cook is a chili, chicken and almond stir-fry from taste.come.au. It’s super easy to make. I substituted fish sauce for the oyster sauce and added extra sambal oelek. And to get all the flavors I like together, I squeezed fresh lime juice over the dish just before eating.
