One of my new year’s resolutions for 2009 was to start a blog for my book in progress about my life in Stockholm. I’ve been procrastinating for some time now about doing this as I was just a bit intimidated by the prospect of creating a blog–surely it was too technical for me to figure out? But thanks to lots of prodding from Nici and Robert and some resources in how to starting a blog online, I did it. And I have to say that it was not nearly so bad as I thought it would be. So here it is. I look forward to hearing your comments.
I am excited to begin the journey. And I am pleased that this is not too bad of a start for 2009 as it’s only January 5th!

Sandra…well done on getting started! And by the way…we’re coming over to your balcony for New Year’s next year! Cheers sweetie. I’m happy you’ve started….and thanks for all your encouragement too.

Since I moved from the United States to Europe in 2002, I relate very well to the daily frustrations of living in a foreign country. The way Sandra expresses her day to day life – from simple daily tasking that seems like going to the moon to taking full advantage of traveling afar – makes me a hooked reader.
Lyka till med din boka! I look forward to devouring “Finding lagom” page by page. Jatte fun!
