Autumn dance in Haga Park

Haga Park

Haga Park gazebo.

I loved how the two trees almost seemed to dance with this gazebo in Haga Park. They looked perfect with the setting, especially with the leaves on the trees just about gone. And here’s your Swedish fun fact for the day: a gazebo is called a lusthus in Swedish. To me, it looks like lust house. Which of course I find highly amusing. But on a more practical note, these little houses are typically used for dining outside when the weather is not quite warm enough to really dine outside. Inside this lusthus was a table fully set for a fancy dinner for six, complete with table linens, place settings and napkins. I wanted in.
