We had our first bbq of the season Saturday. It was at Nici and Roger’s and it was so lovely to eat outside again. Saturday is the day for Easter dinner in Sweden and this year, it was also Roger’s birthday. So we celebrated with a bbq of German sausage and Swedish moose burgers. Roger even made his own birthday cake – strawberries and cream between layers of an almond and hazelnut crust.
And lucky us, we got to have another Easter bbq on Sunday with more friends. Life is good.
