My friend Debora does Christmas very, very well. She’s an artist and going to her house during the holidays is always inspiring – sort of like spending time in a decorator showroom. She has a knack for putting things together just so –grouping hyacinths with candles, putting lilies in individual vases instead of all together – in a way that’s simple, but so perfect.

I was at Debora’s last week as part of the “Dining for Women” charity. It was a fun night filled with good food, conversation and cosmopolitans. And just being there made me so ready for Christmas.
