Croatian sunset

The sunset as seen from our room in Primosten, Croatia.

Early Sunday morning, we left Stockholm bound for Croatia by way of Frankfurt. We saw the sunrise over Sweden from the plane. Getting off the plane in Split at 11 in the morning, we were hit by the sun and heat of the day – 28 degrees. Yay! We are back in summer. Actually, I guess these are the summer temperatures we never had in Stockholm!

sunrise

Sunrise over Sweden, as seen from the plane yesterday.

For sunset, we were in Primosten, directly on the Adriatic Sea. Robert is here for a conference. I am tagging along, happy for a change of scenery for me and my laptop.

First thing as I was out this morning – just me and one couple on a narrow, cobblestone street – I heard Swedish. Of course. I just can’t away from the place or the language.

Talk about great timing Sandra — Stockholm is gray and rainy today! Enjoy the beautiful weather….Croatia is fantastic!
