Mariatorget in Södermalm.

Snow-covered Götgatan.

Last Wednesday, we were dumped with about 45 centimeters of snow. Since then, it has snowed at least a little bit every day. It’s been wonderful. These photos were all taken around Södermalm on Wednesday night as the snow was still accumulating. People were cross country skiing and sled riding on the city streets. Gotta love that.

Beautiful photos. Not unlike the usual festive mayhem whenever we get a snowfall in Montreal 🙂

Thanks EurotripTips. I am a HUGE fan of snow. It makes things brighter in the winter dark. Where are you traveling now?

Lou Lou, Me too! Is your daughter old enough to go yet (not the newborn, of course).
