Seeing the light

Seeing the light

I am on a light buzz. My energy is running over, even after taking a spinning class. You see, this morning I went with some friends to the Iglo Light cafe (www.iglo.se) . Basically, the cafe is a white room with white walls, white curtains, white floor and white furniture. The room is lit by 26 florescent bulbs and almost feels likes it’s glowing. It all feels very modern and futuristic somehow. And on top of it all, you also wear a white poncho while you’re in the room. It was all very cool. But now I truly do have this excess of energy that has left me feeling giddy. I just hope I can sleep tonight.

It’s amazing what an hour-long injection of light will do for a sun-starved woman in the winter.

Sandra,
This light therapy sounds good!
Great concept that needs to be promoted among people suffering from chronic depression, lethargia, and so many other ailments.
Great picture of three women. Is it you at the center?

That is me in the center, catching the rays!
