Everybody goes to the place to be...and of course the service is nonexistent because.  Likely good places nearly empty down the street. 

We ran into this the other day at the Kulturhuset. There was a huge line upstairs at the cafeteria --where Swedes eat lunch. Same food, same price, lots of empty tables, no line, but in the bar area...where Swedes don&#039;t do lunch.

 Betty and I got a great table, excellent food, and no wait.</description>
